Hereby we inform you about processing of your personal data by the controller Blomqvist Design GmbH & Co KG and your right as a data subject, being entitled to you in accordance with current data protection law.

Purposes and legal bases of data processing

The coverage of our website is being measured by Matomo, an open source tool, being operated on a server of our own.

We do not apply cookies. Your IP address as a user is being shortened automatically to make impossible the conclusion to a single person. Following information is being evaluated: Approximate geographical position, device, display resolution, browser and visited sites including retention time.

Legal basis of data protection is article 6, section 1, letter f) of GDPR. Our legitimate interests consist in the improvement of website and proposals and in online marketing.

Receiver of personal data

Fort the provisioning of this website we use the service of an external supplier (web hoster). If there is a relationship between controller and processor in place, a data processing agreement is being negotiated to ensure the fulfillment of Art. 28 of GDPR.
